My stay at this hotel was fabulous. The location was excellent, centrally located and close to all the attractions. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They went out of their way to ensure that my needs were met and were always kind and helpful. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hotel also had a lovely sun terrace and garden area where I could relax and unwind. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was perfect for trekkers, with stunning views of the mountains and close proximity to St. James Church. The rooms had balconies and were spacious, and the hotel provided a delicious and fresh breakfast every morning. The family running the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained.

I loved the balcony in the twin room, it was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee and take in the beautiful view. The bathroom in every room had everything I needed, including free toiletries and a hair dryer, making my stay hassle-free. The apartment was amazing, with a balcony and soundproofing, allowing me to have a peaceful and serene experience. The double room had a lovely patio, adding a touch of charm to my stay. The triple room had a balcony, which was a great place to sit and soak up some sun.

Personally, I didn't find the bath or shower too comfortable, but others may still enjoy it.

Booked a room with particularly good views over local mountain. The location was super for Medjugorje, close enough to the centre of medugorje, Medjugorje, and eg restaurants, supermarket, chemist, bars. We stopped by Gelateria Venezia for coffee and treats, it was not very far from the hotel.

The room at Hotel Jana was fantastic. The private bathroom had a bath or shower, and there were even free toiletries and a hair dryer provided. It felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel!

Personally, I didn't enjoy the soundproofing in the apartment. But hey, some people might not mind it at all.

The staff here was really friendly and the location was perfect for visiting the mountain and Blagaj, as well as being convenient for getting to Apparition Hill.

The Hotel Jana in Medjugorje exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel itself was in impeccable condition, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, being centrally located but still offering peace and quiet. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the helpful recommendations from the staff.

Exceptional position with a view to the Apparition Hill and the mountain Križevac. It felt like I was gazing at a masterpiece painting, with nature as the artist and the hotel as the perfect frame.

The staff were friendly, and the parking was free and convenient. The location was good, very close to the attraction, and the breakfast offered was delicious. We were also impressed with the clean rooms and good-sized balconies.

Our stay was ruined by the noise from the celebrations. Despite the receptionist's attempt to place us in a quiet room, the noise persisted throughout the night, and we could not sleep.

The position of the hotel is exceptional; it is close to the city center and church. The rooms are nicely designed and clean. Beds are average. Bathroom was not equipped for disabled guests in terms of grab bars. Apart from a few items, the breakfast was also okay. Attentiveness of most staff is an added value.

The hotel doesn't have a ramp for guests who struggle to walk up steps.

We had a fantastic stay at Jana! The hotel is brand new and has a stylish design. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a huge wraparound balcony offering beautiful views of Apparition Hill and Krucifax Mountain. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was immaculately clean. We loved the peaceful surroundings of fields and vineyards, yet the hotel was conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from St James Chapel. The continental breakfast was delicious, with the option of fresh eggs cooked to order and excellent Italian coffee. We can't wait to come back and stay at Jana again!
